VALENTINE’S DAY & MOTHER’S DAY DELIVERY
For orders made to be delivered from 10th to 16th February and 12th to 16th May 2023, customers are not able to request a preferred delivery time slot, and all deliveries will be made between 8.30 am to 7.00 pm. This is to maintain the efficiency in our operations as the period surrounding Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day is our busiest period.
FOR SAME-DAY ORDER
We are unable to accommodate delivery time slot requests or time-specific deliveries for same-day delivery. This is to maintain fairness to all our customers and to maintain efficiency in our operations. All deliveries will be completed between 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
For our customer who has placed an order for same-day delivery is required to have payment made immediately or at least before 12:00 pm. Failure to do so may result in your order placed not being processed in time and we shall not be held liable for any compensation to you or any third party resulting from such delay.
FOR ADVANCE ORDER
We deliver our floral arrangements from Mondays to Sundays between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. In event of peak periods, our delivery service can be stretched between 8:30 am to 8:00 pm. Customers will be informed should there be any delays.
To avoid problems or delays with your delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including the accurate postal code and contact number of the intended recipient, together with your contact number so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
Please note that it is your full responsibility to ensure the recipient will be at the provided address to receive the floral arrangement during the intended delivery date.
In the event, that the recipient is not around to receive them, we recommend that you have the floral arrangement to be delivered to their current location instead. Otherwise, we would leave it at the premise for the recipient to collect it later. In such cases, we will not be liable for any damages, or compensation to you or any third party.
Our delivery areas are physical addresses within selected areas in Klang Valley. We do not deliver to other states outside of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor at this moment to ensure that our floral arrangements are in their best condition. Under the standard delivery procedure, we are unable to deliver any product addressed to a PO Box.
Please be aware that the delivery person will deliver the floral arrangement to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address or if the recipient refuses or fails to return the product. If the recipient fails to make contact with us or the delivery person in good time, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to either the same address or an alternative address.
We do not guarantee the delivery to be on time and we shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations whereby such failure is a result of natural phenomena (severe weather conditions and natural disasters such as heavy rain, storm, flood, etc.).
FOR SPECIAL REQUESTS
We will try our best to accommodate but are unable to promise time-specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and to maintain efficiency in our operations. Kindly refrain from including unusual requests such as;
Preferring a specific gender for the delivery person, or taking a photo/video of the recipient receiving the product, singing a birthday song upon delivery, etc.
We regret that requests such as the above or similar, cannot be acceded to.
